| Description | Das Lamberg'sche Votivfenster im rechten Seitenschiff der Steyrer Stadtpfarrkirche. Das ursprünglich für die Wiener Votivkirche vorgesehene Werk erinnert an die Ermordung Franz Philipps von Lamberg während der ungarischen Revolution von 1848. Im Hauptbild krönt ein mit den Attributen der Austria versehener Engel den Gefallenen, darüber als „Auszugsbild“ der Drachenkampf des Heiligen Georg. Stifter ist die Familie Lamberg. |
