Habe eine Anfrage an die Stadt Frechen per Mail gesendet. Bisher keine Antwort--Heggy 09:15, 3. Jan 2005 (CET)

Hier Die Antwort der Stadt Frechen Sehr geehrter Herr Berg, vielen Dank für Ihr Mail vom 03. Januar 2005. Nach der Prüfung Ihres Bildes kann ich Ihnen mitteilen, dass die Darstellung soweit keiner Zustimmung bedarf. Denn Sie stellen auf dem Foto einen Ausschnitt eines unserer Hinweisschilder dar. Auf dem Foto ist der so genannte "Jülischer Löwe" zu erkennen, der neben anderen Kennzeichnungen zwar Bestandteil des hoheitlichen Stadtwappens ist, jedoch nicht als Stadtwappen dargestellt ist. Soweit ich erkennen kann, haben Sie das Bild von "öffentlichen Wegen und Plätzen" aus gemacht. Das Urheberrecht an dem veröffentlichten Bild gehört also allein dem Fotografen. Das sind - soweit ich das verstanden habe - Sie. Mit der Veröffentlichungen auf Wikipedia erteilen Sie den Verantwortlichen bei Wikipedia quasi ungefragt ein Nutzungsrecht. Alle weiteren Verwendungen Ihres Fotos wären also rein rechtlich jeweils mit Ihnen abzustimmen, da das Urheberrecht nicht veräußerbar ist. Kurz gesagt: Von unserer Seite spricht nichts gegen die Verwendung Ihrer Darstellung. Falls Sie noch Fragen haben sollten stehe ich Ihnen gerne zur Verfügung.
