English: SS Phillip and James parish church, Baddeley Green Lane, Milton, Staffordshire, seen from the southeast. Charles Adderley, MP for Staffordshire North, donated the land and paid £426 for the church to be built. It was opened on 13 August 1848 by licence from the Bishop of Lichfield. In 1865 the church and burial ground were consecrated. The church was enlarged in 1868, and again in the 20th century when the church hall was added. |
