English: St Peter's Church is a medieval church in the village of Newborough, Anglesey, Wales and which dates from the early 14th century.
Englyn on gravestone at the church. Englyn (pronounced [ˈɛŋ.lɪn]; plural englynion) is a traditional Welsh and Cornish short poem form. It uses quantitative metres, involving the counting of syllables, and rigid patterns of rhyme and half rhyme. Each line contains a repeating pattern of consonants and accent known as cynghanedd. they are often used on gravestones, throughout Wales.
