Arms: Gules, a fess between three hedgehogs argent over all in the dexter chief on a flaunch barry of ten argent and gules a canton of the first charged with three martlets of the second (Burke, Sir Bernard, The General Armory, London, 1884, p.200 "Claxton of Suffolk", amended to match this ledger stone) |
