| Description |
English: St John's Street, Wirksworth. Notable are the former Westminster Bank (latterly NatWest) to the left, and the queue outside the chemists. This on the day the Coronavirus crisis really began to bite and all pubs, restaurants and cafes were ordered to close from that evening. We may have bought the last takeaway drinks from the cafe below the chemists as it was just closing. |
