Summary

[edit]
Description This cathedral was built in 1908, after 2 cathedrals on the site earlier were built and burned down, and a 3rd was built and torn down to make room for this cathedral. This cathedral was destroyed to yet another fire in 1968, and only the facade of the this cathedral remains. Another cathedral was built in 1972, behind the facade of this building. Today, the tombs of six bishops and four missionaries lie within the crypt of St. Boniface Cathedral. This is such a beautiful structure.
