English: Stone carving above the entrance to St Andrew’s East church in what was previously the church hall at 685 Alexandra Parade, also known as St Andrew's Free Church Hall, designed by James Salmon Junior and J Gaff Gillespie, and built 1899. Immediately to the west, the church at 6 Easter Craigs And 681 Alexandra Parade, Dennistoun dated 1903 was designed by James Miller.
In 2002 approval was given for the main church building to be converted to residential use The hall was then adapted for community use: it now functions as a community hall, and also serves as Saint Andrews East Parish Church.
