Description
Deutsch: evangelisch-lutherische Pfarrkirche St. Johannes der Täufer in Bad Zwischenahn. Flügelaltar, Eichenholz, geschnitzt um 1520 vermutlich von einem unbekannten Osnabrücker Meister. Die Ölfarbenfassung ist von 1780.

Darstellungen linke Seite: Einsetzung des Hl. Abendmahls - Verrat des Judas - Jesus vor dem hohen Rat .-Geißelung - Dornenkrönung und Verspottung - Kreuztragung. Hauptbild in der Mitte des Schreins: Kreuzigung. Rechte Seite: Kreuzabnahme und Grablegung - Auferstehung -Himmelfahrt - Ausgießung des Hl. Geistes - Tod Mariens - Christus der Weltenrichter (Jüngstes Gericht).
