Summary
[edit]DescriptionSt. Nicholas, Gloucester (14847445030).jpg | The church of 'St. Nicholas of the Bridge at Gloucester', 25th August 2014. Originally Norman (1190), it was rebuilt in the early 13th Century with Early English features. In the 15th Century the Perpendicular tower and spire were added and some widows added. Depicted are two heavily altered round-arched 12th Century Norman windows: within the window on the left are three Early English lights with two quatrefoils; the right window has been remodelled in Perpendicular style. |
