| Description |
English: St. Michael and All Angels, Aston Clinton. There was a very pleasant flower festival going on in the church, with stalls and entertainment in the churchyard (on the other side from this view). The tower was open for viewing (see other photos) and flower arrangements each representing a specific tune bedecked every window and feature inside the church. The church dates from the C12th with many later additions. It is a lovely old building with many interesting features and there are several examples of carved graffiti from the C17th ! |
