Summary

[edit]
Description
English: St. Michael's Church, Garway, view of the east end Originally established by the Knights Templar, and with a round nave, this view shows the replacement nave, in more traditional style, and the side chapel of the Templars to the south of the nave. There are some examples of carved Templar coffin lids inside the church, along with a fine piscina, a Norman chancel arch and 16th century pews with carpenters' marks.
