Description
English: St. Mary the Virgin, Long Crendon, near to Long Crendon, Buckinghamshire, Great Britain.

Having both north & south aisles that run the full length of the nave, this church is almost square, with the chancel sticking out to the east rather like the head of a turtle ! - see plan <a title="http://www.british-history.ac.uk/image.aspx?compid=62528&filename=fig47.gif&pubid=519" rel="nofollow" href="http://www.british-history.ac.uk/image.aspx?compid=62528&filename=fig47.gif&pubid=519">Link</a><img style="padding-left:2px;" alt="External link" title="External link - shift click to open in new window" src="http://s0.geograph.org.uk/img/external.png" width="10" height="10"/>
