| Description |
English: Hill End Asylum, opened 1899, closed 1995. Now a modern housing estate. This view shows the south side of the complex, with the patient areas on the sunny side of the building. It was sited in generous grounds - and originally some of the patients worked on the farm associated with the hospital. |
