Français : Au premier plan, les seuls panneaux directionnels survivants en venant du pont de Bellerive sont ceux vers l'avenue du Président-John-Fitzgerald-Kennedy (route départementale 426), en direction de l'autoroute A89, Thiers, Le Puy(-en-Velay), Paris, Lyon, l'université (le pôle Lardy) et la gare SNCF (pas de directions locales). Aucun n'est neuf, il s'agit de panneaux déjà existants depuis plus d'une dizaine d'années, et le panneau le plus récent date de 2008. Tous les autres panneaux, sauf ceux menant vers le pont, ont disparu : les directions du centre-ville, des thermes ou de divers équipements ne sont même plus indiquées ! Derrière les panneaux, le square Albert-Ier après sa rénovation, à Vichy (Allier, Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes, France). Le chemin bordant le square au nord est un chemin piéton, doublé par la piste cyclable parallèle à l'avenue Aristide-Briand, réaménagée fin 2019. Alors que la France s'apprête à être confinée malgré les recommandations gouvernementales, la nouvelle place est déserte. |
