Summary
[edit]DescriptionSpruce Run (3) (8567477936).jpg |
Bald Eagle State Forest, Clinton County. Spruce Run is a small, fast-flowing stream that tumbles through a deep ravine before emptying into the much larger Long Run. Along its length are many cascades and small waterfalls—nothing spectacular, but scenic nonetheless. The dense, shady forest of hemlocks and white pines, along with an understory of rhododendron, makes the ravine a refreshingly green place for winter exploration. |
