A plant worthy of more general cultiva- tion; producing large trusses of delicate azure blue flowers. Excellent for bedding out in summer or growing in pots for single specimen plants. 10c. Capensis Alba. Equally as desirable as Plumbago Capensis and identical in every respect but color, which in this variety is beautiful creamy white. 10c. Coccinea Superba. Flower in long racemes 12 to 15 inches in length, of a bright, satiny carmine color. 15c. PETUNIAS-DOUBLE. Of this favorite bedding plant we have a care- fully selected collection including all of the most brilliant and beautiful varieties. 15c each; 8 for $1.00. R0S6S Our Specialty. Forty acres of hardy, field grown, and twenty large green houses of ever blooming roses, ag- gregating about a million and a quarter of plants, are required for our annual sales. MRS. ROBT. GARRET. Mrs. Robt. Garret. (Hybrid Tea.) A rose that has occasioned more flattering comment than any rose of its class; is certainly a grand acquisition. In color it is a beautiful shade of glowing shell pink. Flowers very large, held up on stiff stems, making it a splendid cut flower rose, while its strong vigorous growth and clean, bright foliage make it an excellent rose for any use. 30c Souv. de J. B. Guillot. (Tea.) This is a very bright colored, free blooming variety; color, clear red, shaded with crimson and rosy flesh. An entirely new coloring in roses, and very attractive. 35c Mad. Reine Gerard. (Tea.) Very sweet scented, nicely shaped bud, opening out to a bloom of per- fect form when fully developed. Edge of petals bright salmon, shading to a center of bright yel- low. The plant is of remarkably vigorous and healthy growth. 35c. Mrs. W. J. Grant. (Hybrid Tea.) A remarkably free flowering rose with elegant, long, tapering or pointed buds. A most prolific bloomer, every shoot producing a bud; color, deep, rich pink. 25c. Ferdinand Jamin. (Hybrid Tea.) A wonderfully strong, healthy grower, with rich, bright foliage; a grand bedding rose; color rosy carmine, shaded with salmon. 20c Clara Watson. (Hybrid Tea.) A beautiful rose of large size, very fragrant and fine form; color salmon pink, blended with blush pink at the outer edge of petals, shading to yellow at center. A strong grower and profuse bloomer; a grand summer bedding Rose. 20c. Ferdinand Batel. (Hybrid Tea.) A strong, healthy grower and remarkably free flowering; color vari- able, changing from rosy flesh on a yellow ground to a nankeen orange. 35c. Enchantress. (Tea.) A fine large, full flower of glo bular shape, creamy white, tinted buff at the cen- ter. Plant a strong, healthy grower with fine fol- iage and extremely free in bloom, very distinct and effective. 15c. Mad. Cadeau Ramey. (Hybrid Tea.) Deep flesh color, shaded yellow at base of petals, edged with rosy carmine. Flower large, very double and per- fect in form. 20c Souv.de Jeanne Cabaud (Tea.) A beautiful large, full rose of splendid shape; outer petals coppery yel- low, shaded to the center, apricot and carmine. 20c. (See cut, page 100.)
