Honeysuckles. For real home vines, to be near you, climbing over your windows and dooorways, there is noth- mg prettier than fine, sv^^eet-scented Honey- suckles; the foliage is pretty, neat an d clean, the flowers almost continu- ous, and their fragrance delicious. The varieties described below are the very best. 1. Royal Scarlet.— The prince of all Honey- suckles; climbs rapidly, attaining the height of 20 feet, and bears innumer* able bright starlet, fuchsia-like blossoms; verv fragrant. Each, 20c.; 3 for 50c. Happy Childhood. — This is our new, pure WHITE seedling, arid ^ a happy combination it is. Grows very rapidly and bears great quantities of pure white, very fragrant flowers. Hardy as oak. Each, 20c.; 3 for 50c. 3, Ooldeit Beauty.— Very hardy. Bears very long, golden yellow blossoms in great profu- sion. Each, 20c.; 3 for 50c. 4. New Honeysuckle. —"Monthly." So named because it blossoms right along until every month in summer and autumn finds it in bloom. Scarlet blossoms. Each, 25c. One each Nos. 1,2 and 3 for 40c., the 4 for 55c. 1. Caiycanthus. This is the well-known "sweet-scented" shrub. It bears, in May, a great profusion of double purple blossoms, which have a strong, delicious pineapple fragrance. Very popular. K^ch, 20c.: 3 for 50c. 2. California Privet. A noble shrub, with beautifrl blossoms and rare foli- age. It is a shrub that is sure to please. Each, 20c. 3* Forsythia, or Golden Bell. An old and valued shrub, growing 4 to 5 feet hi^h, and in April or May robing itself the length of its branches in pendulous bells of a bright yellow color. It is such a mass of brilliant yellow that it can be seen for a long distance, and lights up a lawn or yard as nothing else can at that early season. Each, 20c. 4. Philadelphus. One of the handsomest and at the same time hardi- est shrubs in cultivation. The blossoms are large, pure white, waxy, of delicious orange fragrance and borne in prodigal profusion. Each, 20c.; 3 for 50c. Above 7 magnificent shrubs, S. Spirea. Van Houttei.—The most showy of all the Spireas, and one oi the very best flowering shrubs in cultiva- tion. The plant is an upright grower, with long, slen- der branches that droop gracefully with their weight of foliage and flowers Flowers pure white, in great clusters and whorls, forming i ylindrical plumes 2 feet long. It blooms freely when very small. Each, 20c. 6. Spirea Bumaida. This is a grand shrub, from the fact that it blossoms late in the season, blooming from August often until killed by frosts. The blossoms are larg<; and of a bright rose color. This is a shrub from Japan; is per- fectly hardy, and will give satisfaction. E.ich,25c, 7, Weigelia. R.osea.-;~A grand shrub, which is a mass of fine bell- shaped pink blossoms during June. It is one of the most popular and beautiful of all shrubs. Each, 20c. postpaid, 65c.; any 3 for 35c.
