English: Glass Mosaic "Sport" by the visual artist Eduard Bargheer outside football stadium HDI-Arena in the district Calenberger Neustadt in Hanover, Lower Saxony, Germany. The manufacturing company was Werkstätten August Wagner in Berlin.
Deutsch: Glasmosaik "Sport" von dem Bildenden Künstler Eduard Bargheer. Das Glasmosaik wurde 1962 bis 1963 in den Werkstätten August Wagner in Berlin gefertigt. Es steht im hannoverschen Stadtteil Calenberger Neustadt am Ferdinand-Wilhelm-Fricke-Weg neben dem Südeingang der HDI-Arena. Der rechte untere Rand der Aufnahme ist von Graffitis bedeckt, die vor Ort den ganzen Sockel ausfüllen. Rechtzeitig zum fünfzigjährigen Jubiläum des Glasmosaiks im Jahr 2013 entfernte Hannover 96 die Graffiti vor den Jubiläumsfeierlichkeiten.
