Summary
[edit]DescriptionSpontaneous Raman hyperspectral imaging setup.svg |
English: A focused laser beam illuminates the sample at a given point in the sample plane (1). There, part of the Raman scattered light is collected by an objective (O). This collected light is spectrally filtered to discard laser light (dichroic filter (D) and notch filter (F2)); and spatially filtered with a confocal element (e.g., slit (S)). The frequency components contained in the Raman signal are then dispersed with a grating (G) onto a camera. A hyperspectral image is then obtained by repeating the procedure for each (x,y) coordinate of the sample plane. This is done by either scanning the sample stage (1) or the laser beam (2).
O: objective, M: mirror, L: lens (or other converging optics), D: dichroic mirror, S: slit, G: grating, F1: laser line filter, F2: notch filter
O: objectif, M: miroir, L: lentille (ou autre optique convergente), D: miroir dichroïque, S: fente, G: réseau, F1: filtre passe-bande laser, F2: filtre coupe-bande |
