English: Soldiers of the Headquarters and Headquarters Company “Hoplites," 2nd Armored Brigade Combat Team “Spartans," 3rd Infantry Division, do pushups during a Sergeants Time battle-focused physical training session here at Pond 10, Jan. 23. The company split into teams and each team carried a loaded litter throughout the entire event, which started with a run out to the pond. The teams then conducted warrior tasks at three stations around the pond and had their knowledge of Army regulations and policies tested at the fourth station. The teams regrouped as a company after finishing the event and conducted a motivational run back to the company area for esprit de corps. (U.S. Army photo by Sgt.
