Raj Agrawal, commander of Space Delta 2 – Space Domain Awareness and Space Battle Management, delivers an address urging the global space community to collaborate and share information to deter unprofessional behavior in the space domain at the Advanced Maui Optical and Space Surveillance Conference in Wailea, Maui, Sept. 21, 2023.
