Jordan Mugg, commander of the 18th Space Defense Squadron), and Senior Master Sgt. Bryan Vaughn, senior enlisted leader of the 18 SDS (far right) during a recent tour of Space Delta 2 – Space Domain Awareness and Space Battle Management’s units at Vandenberg Space Force Base, California, Feb. 1, 2024. During the two-part visit, 1 SOPS operators traveled to Eglin Air Force Base and Vandenberg SFB to continue talks on space situational awareness data sharing and familiarization.
