Description
Deutsch: ehemalige Sozialgebäude und Badehaus Mainstraße 169, Ansicht von der Hofseite des Teerfarbenwerkes Oehler des Eduard Oehler, der damals viele, vorbildliche Sozialeinrichtungen im Werk einführte (z. B. Betriebskrankenkasse, Kantine, Dusch- und Baderäume). 1905 fiel der Betrieb an die Chemische Fabrik Griesheim Elektron. Sie führte die Sozialeinrichtungen weiter fort und ließ 1908 bis 1910 das Sozialgebäude an der Mühlheimer Straße Ecke Friedhofstraße, an der südwestlichen Ecke des Firmengeländes, errichten. Der Architekt des imposanten Gebäudes war der Schweizer Hans Bernoulli.
