Description
English: With St. Basil’s Cathedral in Moscow’s Red Square serving as a backdrop, Expedition 48-49 crew members Kate Rubins of NASA (left), Anatoly Ivanishin of Roscosmos (center) and Takuya Onishi of the Japan Aerospace Exploration Agency (right) prepare to lay flowers at the Kremlin Wall May 31 as part of traditional pre-launch ceremonies. Rubins, Ivanishin and Onishi are scheduled to launch June 24 from the Baikonur Cosmodrome in Kazakhstan on the Soyuz MS-01 spacecraft for a four-month mission on the International Space Station.
