Description
English: Soviet K73-9 film capacitors, 1984 - surface decomposing. Both caps are from the same piece of equipment, made by same plant in same April of 1984. One is nice and shiny, other visibly crackling. Both test good (below indicated 220nF by 10-15%)
Русский: Советские конденсаторы К73-9, снятые с одного и того же девайса, выпущенные на одном заводе в одном месяце. Один внешне гладкий и няшный, другой - как будто пескоструйкой прошлись. Пластик распадается.
