Summary
[edit]DescriptionSouthern Vectis NBC bus 812 Bristol RE ECW LDL 933G in Ryde depot, Isle of Wight August 1979.jpg |
English: Ryde Bus Garage. A selection of Southern Vectis buses parked on the forecourt of the garage. Vectis was the Roman name for the Isle of Wight. Closest is 812 (LDL 933G), a Bristol RESL with early style Eastern Coachworks body. Behind is a Leyland National. Beyond, another RE stands in front of 2 open top buses, which I believe were Bristol KSW5s - bus expert required here! All are painted in National Bus Company leag green livery. |
