| Description |
English: Southern Vectis 453 St Catherine's Point (HW07 CXT), a Mercedes-Benz Citaro, in Well Road, East Cowes, Isle of Wight, on route 5. Likely due to the traffic chaos, the driver drove out of East Cowes still showing "East Cowes" on the destination display, forgetting to change it to "Newport". This bus has since been moved and entered service with Bluestar in Southampton in March 2010. This was the new position of the central East Cowes bus stop, after it was moved from the Town Hall in York Avenue. It was then moved once again, further up the hill during the development of the Waitrose store near the bus stop, before being moved for a final time back to this location after the construction of the store had finished. |
