Summary

[edit]
Description
English: Southern Vectis 191 Sandown Bay (HW52 EPL), a Volvo B7TL/Plaxton President, in Victoria Avenue, Shanklin, Isle of Wight, on route 2. It is at the Shanklin Library bus stop. It is seen pulled in to the side of the road after someone was sick on the top deck of the bus, all over the floor of the aisle. In the photo the driver is on the phone to control asking what to do. Surprisingly, the bus did actually remain in service and continuted to Ryde (where presumably a replacement bus took over for the next journey), as shown in File:Southern Vectis 191 HW52 EPL rear 3.JPG, by which time the bus had continued to Somerfield. I was wanting to see the Wightbus Shanklin Rail Link route 16 bus at Somerfield, so had bailed out here and walked!
