Description
English: Southern Vectis 1150 Newtown Bay (HW09 BCU), a Scania OmniCity, in Newport Road, Northwood, Isle of Wight, on route 1. It is seen during Cowes Week. During the daytime, buses from the coach fleet and events fleet ran duplicates, but during the evening green double deckers from the main bus fleet took over, as seen here. Route 1 is usually run only with single deckers due to a tight turn onto Cowes Pontoon (the Red Jet terminal), but this is not served after 10am each day during Cowes Week.
