Description
English: The rear of Southern Vectis 1115 Gurnard Ledge (HW58 ATN), a Scania CN270UD 4x2 EB OmniCity (built 2008), at the end of Park Road, about to descend Terminus Road (seen here navigating a police road closure), in Cowes, Isle of Wight. It is seen on Firework Night, at the end of Cowes Week 2009. Because it was Cowes Week at the time, route 1 was not serving the Red Jet terminal, meaning double-deckers could be used, and indeed, several double-deckers were in use on Firework Night.
