Summary

English: Southeast of Ewelairs Hill It seemed appropriate to encounter this ewe with two lambs in this little gully on the slopes of Ewelairs Hill. This narrow stretch of countryside, between forest plantations, is reminiscent of how the whole area must have been before the trees were planted in the 1950s. The abundant heather will be colourful later in the year, when grouse shooting takes place on these hillsides. |
