| Description |
English: South ridge/flank of Beinn Chabhair The southern side of Beinn Chabhair drops to a low pass at the head of the Larig glen and provides an alternative route of ascent/descent from the usual northwestern ridge. It has a certain reputation for navigational difficulty, and I found the misty upper slopes quite challenging. There are numerous small crags to avoid, and if returning to Inverarnan, it is worth avoiding a trip down to the River Larig on the wrong side of the watershed. |
