All Saints Church is located in the village of Steep, Eastern Hampshire, England, United Kingdom. It is though to have been constructed in the year 1140 AD, during the reign of King Stephen in the late Norman period. The church was originally a chapel of ease under the ecclesiastical manor of East Meon, which was under the patronage of Henry de Blois, King Stephen's brother. A tower and chapel was added in 1180, and the wooden spire added in 1875, together with a comprehensive restoration of the church. The yew tree by the south entrance is thought to be over one thousand years old.
