English: Officer cadets from the Military Academy take part in a graduation ceremony in front of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia Sept. 8, 2018, in Belgrade, Serbia. An Ohio National Guard delegation, led by Maj. Gen. Mark E. Bartman (saluting), Ohio adjutant general, was in Serbia for CAPSTONE 2018, the annual culmination of the year’s events to highlight the Serbian-Ohio National Guard pairing through the Department of Defense State Partnership Program. Also on the trip was South Euclid, Ohio Mayor Georgine Welo (left), who was there to sign a Sister Cities International memorandum of understanding between South Euclid and Kraljevo, Serbia.
