English: South Devon Railway - anti-intruder device. This is on the bridge across the River Dart that provides access (when open) to Totnes Riverside Station. Preserved railways are variously plagued by trespass, theft and arson; so robust defences are a smart move. The warnings are unequivocal and only the sort of idiot who would steal live power cables would contemplate transgressing. |
