Craig Fugate, administrator of the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), and Kim Stenson, director of the South Carolina Emergency Management Division, answer a reporter's questions during CH-47 Chinook helicopter operations to dam the breached canal at the Riverfront Canal Park in Columbia, S.C., Oct. 7, 2015. The South Carolina National Guard has been activated to support state and county emergency management agencies and local first responders as historic flooding impacts counties statewide.
