Deutsch: : "Wegen des Neubaus der Mühlendammbrücke wurde die Schleuse Ende 2011 geschlossen. Ein neu gegründeter Verein Mühlendammschleuse e.V. unterstützt aktiv die Maßnahmen zum Erhalt und zur Wiederinbetriebnahme der Schleuse als notwendige Einrichtung für den Wassertourismus auf der Warnow . Seit dem 28. Oktober 2015 ist der Denkmalstatus der Mühlendammschleuse durch das Landesamt für Kultur und Denkmalpflege Mecklenburg-Vorpommern bestätigt." (Wikipedia)
