Summary

[edit]
Description
English: Tower. Keshava Temple, Somnathpur

The small pierced disk, barely visible toward the top of the tower, holds a flagpole. Crenellation at the top of the tower is typical Hoysala style. The tip of the sikhara symbolizes the very point of creation, which proliferates into all forms as it descends towards the earth.
