Summary
[edit]DescriptionSomerset Bridge road arch.jpg |
English: The low road arch beneath the Somerset Bridgeat Bridgwater, Somerset, England. This is the third structure on this site. The first was a stone arch bridge by Isambard Kingdom Brunel, this was quickly replaced by a timber truss, and finally the current metal truss. The brickwork visible was erected for the third bridge, but the stone arch dates back to Brunel's original work of 1841. |
