English: Original caption:
"Sombun Singhaseni, daughter of Nai Kit and Samrit of Ban Bung Sinnawa Subdistrict, Wang Krachom District, Nakhon Nayok Province, was born in the Year of the Ox, 2408 BE [1865/66 CE]. She was the wife of Maha-ammattri Colonel Phraya Kraikosa (That Singhaseni) and had only one son, that is, Nai Thanom Singhaseni (Major Luang Kraithamat). Sombun Singhaseni lived until the 71th year of the life, when she fell ill with kidney dysfunction and died on 2 December 2479 BE [1936 CE]."
