Description
English: Time line describing the steps in approving the US government's 2009 $535 million loan guarantee to Solyndra corporation, a manufacturer of solar electricity panels. The loan guarantee, part of a program to foster alternative energy industry, created a political controversy when Solyndra went bankrupt in 2011.
