Jason Bond, a survey team noncommissioned officer with the 10th Civil Support Team (Weapons of Mass Destruction), Washington National Guard, directs two inaugural spectators at a pedestrian entry control point here, Jan. 21. Bond was a member of a team monitoring radiological measurements at the points of entry to the National Mall. The 10th CST (WMD) was part of a multi-agency task force charged with monitoring hazardous contaminates here in preparation for, and during, the Inauguration of President Barack Obama and Vice President Joe Biden.
