Hodge (left), from Hampton, Va., the senior medical assigned to Headquarters and Headquarters Battery, 1st Battalion, 38th Field Artillery Regiment, 210th FA Bde. and Sgt. 1st Class Floyd Jordan (right), from Burlington City, N.J., a chemical, biological, radiological and nuclear noncommissioned officer in charge for 210th FA Bde. were tested by the board on the history of Sgt. Audie Murphy, their knowledge of Army regulations and their ability to apply them in real-life circumstances. The Audie Murphy Club originated in 1986 on Fort Hood, Texas, and recognizes noncommissioned officers that exemplify leadership characterized by personal concern for the needs, training, development and welfare of their soldiers. These noncommissioned officers are a prime example of the 2ndInf. Div. readiness to fight tonight. (U.S. Army photo by Spc. Sara E. Wiseman, 210th Field Artillery Brigade Public Affairs/Released) |
