[edit]DescriptionSoft-Touch Knobs (photo by George P. Macklin).jpg |
I received some knobs today from MOTM/Synthesis Technology and wanted to see how they compared. They are: 1. Tiptop Audio 2. The Harvestman 3. MOTM/Synthesis Technology 4. Toppobrillo 5. Flight of Harmony Each knob has a really nice non-slip grippy rubber surface. My favorites of the group are 2 and 3. The rubber on these knobs has slightly more grip. NOTE: The knobs from MOTM/Synthesis Technology are a custom Rogan knob that Paul had made for his Frac Rack modules. They are not currently available for purchase from distributors. He was clearing out old stock so I picked them up for my DIY Eurorack modules. However, all of the other knobs are still available from various distributors. Berlin Music Days 2010 |
