English: During a tour of the Sadr City District of northern Baghdad, Brig. Gen. Jeffrey Talley of South Bend, Ind., commander, 926th Engineer Brigade, Multi-National Division – Baghdad, happily gives a soccer ball to a young Iraqi child. The challenge was set next to a new park that was once the launching point for rocket attacks, and was simply, "if you can get past me, you can have the ball."
