Description

English: Debbian Thomas, hospitalman, assists Capt. Mark A. Kobelja, deputy commander of Naval Medical Center San Diego, in filling out the 2011 SoCal Combined Federal Campaign form. Thomas is the most junior member of the SoCal CFC committee and helped kick off the event at the medical center. The CFC was established in 1961 to promote charitable giving through a voluntary program that is employee-focused.
