English: Halbfigurenbildnis einer herrschaftlichen jungen Frau, mit blumengeschmückter grauer Perücke, im bestickten und mit Hermelinpelz verbrämten blauen Seidenkleid und purpurnem Mantel, es handelt sich laut übereinstimmender Literaturmeinungen bei der Dargestellten um Herzogin Maria Anna Josepha von Bayern Prinzessin von Pfalz-Sulzbach (1722 Schwetzingen bis 1790 München), laut beigegebenem Verkaufskatalog der Münchner Antiquitätenhandlung Neidhardt, in welchem das Gemälde abgebildet und beschrieben ist, wird das Gemälde als Werk Ziesenis geführt, diese Zuschreibung kann aber laut der Kunsthistorikerin Katrin Schrader stark angezweifelt werden, sie erwähnt eine mögliche Zuordnung zu Georges Desmarées (Vgl. Porträts der Herzogin, Bayerische Staatsgemäldesammlungen, Eichner, 1981, Nr. 133-137.), fein lasierende spätbarocke Bildnismalerei mit wenigen pastosen Partien unter trefflicher Erfassung der Stofflichkeit, Öl auf Leinwand, um 1750, unsigniert, doubliert, restauriert, im prächtigen, maximal 13 cm breiten, originalen vergoldeten Barockrahmen gerahmt, Falzmaße ca. 81 x 65 cm.
