English: Snow-drifts on the summit of Roseberry Topping. For walking enthusiasts and visitors to the area, the climb up onto the top of Roseberry Topping (see here: 1631056 ) is an adventure that is not to be missed; the views from the top are quite spectacular - especially in snowy conditions (see, for example: 1631610 ). This picture depicts some of the snow drifts near the summit which can make its ascent quite hazardous in winter conditions. |
