Summary
[edit]DescriptionSmall Mansion Arts Centre, Gunnersbury Park - geograph.org.uk - 63978.jpg |
English: Small Mansion Arts Centre, Gunnersbury Park. This Regency mansion was built at the beginning of the 19th Century. The small mansion and large mansion were separately owned until the Rothschild family united them in 1889. There are nine Grade II and II* listed buildings in the park, but unfortunately many are crumbling and on the English Heritage buildings-at-risk register. At present part of the small mansion is used as an arts centre, but Hounslow Council has given notice to terminate this use. |
